How to Reach Us

Email [email protected] for anything, call 888-427-1567 weekdays during business hours, or write to 5367 Walnut Ct, Lansing, MI 48167.

Email is the fastest route for most questions — replies typically land within one business day, and attaching relevant details (the state you applied from, the approximate date) speeds everything. The phone line reaches the same team for anything better said aloud. Postal mail works for formal requests, at the pace postal mail works.

What We Can Help With

Matching questions, site and guide feedback, data requests (access, correction, deletion), reporting a lender that fell short of network standards, and press or partnership inquiries.

The data requests deserve specifics: per the privacy policy, you can ask what we hold, correct what's wrong, or request deletion of your information — email with "Data Request" in the subject and we'll confirm within two business days. Reports about lender conduct get read by people with authority to act; the network's standards are enforced through exactly these reports, so specifics (dates, the conduct, screenshots if you have them) genuinely matter.

What Your Lender Handles

Everything after signature lives with the lender on your agreement: payments, due-date changes, payoff quotes, hardship arrangements, and statements. Their contact details are on your loan documents and every statement.

This split isn't us dodging — it's the structure: SeedFi is the introduction, the lender is the relationship, and only they can see or change your account. Lost track of who your lender is? Email us with your name and approximate request date and we'll point you to the right servicing contact. For urgent payment trouble, call the lender before the due date — the FAQ explains why the timing matters so much.

Before You Write

The three most-asked questions have standing answers: "Will checking hurt my credit?" (no — soft inquiry), "What will my rate be?" (nobody can say without a request — the rates page shows realistic bands), and "How fast is funding?" (typically next business day after signing).

The FAQ's twenty answers and the topic pages resolve most questions faster than any inbox can. But when they don't — when the question is specific, or something looks wrong, or a page contradicted your experience — that's exactly what this address is for. Write; a person reads it.

Or Skip the Email and Just Check

Most questions end with a request anyway — five minutes, free, and the offers answer for themselves.
